ALMA COQUETTE JEWELS is protected from the original date of purchase by a 3 months limited warranty.

In Alma Coquette we use a high quality sterling silver and Gold for the dipped jewelry in all our collections, even thou, our collection can be prone to discoloration or oxidation from time to time during normal wear. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage to the normal wear.

If the jewellery proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use within the 3 months after the date of purchase, we will  issue a voucher for the value of the item (no cash back) OR fix the item OR replace the item with the same or a comparable product free of charge.

Shipping costs due to any warranty claim shipment are not covered by these Warranty Terms.

 

HOW TO CARE

Remove your jewelry before you exercising, swimming or showering

Avoid contact with moisture as water, parfum, creams, body lotions, etc.

In our collections we used natural gems and pearls, and leather which are fragile in nature, so we highly recommend to handled, always, with care. Storage your beautiful pieces in a clean dry place when you are not wearing them. We highly recommend to use the original packaging for storage.

 

The warranty is not valid in the event of incorrect use or trauma, third-party repairs,  cleaning with inappropriate agents, product loss, loss of stones or theft, or if the jewellery is damaged due to non-regular use.

To start any warranty claim, contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE, and send us a picture of the item and a picture of the original invoice . Our Customer Service team will reply you ASAP and proceed with the claim. Warranty claims without picture of the damaged product or original invoice will not be considered. Bank Statements or Credit Card Statements are not accepted proof of purchase.
